রেক্সিট চুক্তি- চলে গেল বহু মাইল দুরে।

বরিবার ১৩ই ডিসেম্বর ২০২০ ব্রেক্সিট চুক্তির একটি উজ্জ্বল সম্ভবনা থাকলেও সমঝোতা চুক্তি না হয়ে চলে গেল বহু মাইল দূরে।

ব্রিটিশ প্রধানমন্ত্রী বরিস জনসন ও ইইউ এর প্রধান উরসালা ভনডের লেইন মধ্যে ব্রেক্সিট চুক্তি অনিশ্চয়তার দিকে চলে যাচ্ছে।

দুই প্রধানের মধ্যে সমাধান বা কোন চুক্তিতে ঐক্যমতে পৌঁছতে ব্যার্থ হয়েছে।

বিজ্ঞজনেরা বারবার বলে আসছেন নো ডিল ব্রেক্সিট হলে ব্যাবসা বানিজ্য সহ সকল ক্ষেত্রে বিশাল ক্ষতি হবে।

চুক্তি হোক বা না হোক ৩১শে ডিসেম্বর ২০২০ ব্রেক্সিট হবে।নো ডিল ব্রেক্সিট কোন পক্ষের জন্যই মংগল বয়ে আনবে না।

তবে ব্রিটিশ ফরেন সেক্রটারী ডমিনিক রাব এখনো ব্রেক্সিটে সুন্দর সমাধান ও চুক্তির আশায় আছেন। তিনি বলেন “অনেক ইসুই মোটামুটি একমত হয়ে আছে মেজর ২/৩ টি বিষয় দুই পক্ষ কিছুটা ছাড় দিলেই সমঝোতায় পৌঁছাতে সক্ষম হবে,”।
